Responsibilities:

Carpentry Expertise:Utilize advanced carpentry skills to construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures according to project specifications.

Blueprint Interpretation:Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and project specifications to ensure accurate and precise execution of carpentry tasks.

Material Selection:Select and procure appropriate materials for each project, considering factors such as budget, project requirements, and quality standards.

Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure and hazard-free work environment. Promote a safety-first culture within the team.

Collaboration:Work closely with project managers, fellow carpenters, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless coordination and completion of projects.

Quality Assurance:Maintain a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of carpentry work.

Tool Maintenance:Properly use, maintain, and store tools and equipment to ensure longevity and safety.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment common to the carpentry trade.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant carpentry certifications or training preferred.
