This project consisted of an existing 11,000 sf of commercial space renovated to Hell’s Kitchen Restaurant. The scope of work included, the installation of a new-state-of-the-art lighting system, new wall treatments and finishes, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, specialty millwork fabrication and a new 18-seat bar with a stone surface bar top. The restaurant is also equipped with an upscale private dining area and a large fully equipped/temperature-controlled wine room.
