Work also included tree clearing, protection of existing plantings, concrete retaining walls, erosion and sediment controls, stone dust walking trails, and stone wall restoration.
How did we add value to the construction process?
Our team successfully managed the project under budget, demonstrating careful financial stewardship and efficiency in resource allocation. This achievement was particularly noteworthy as the contract was awarded as a lump sum, highlighting the Team’s ability to optimize costs without compromising on quality.
How did you advocate for the client?
Our role involved preserving the client’s interests throughout the project. We ensured that the proposed changes, such as the replacement of steel beams, were not only in the best interest of the construction process but also aligned with the client’s goals.
