The Zaino + Associates team provided Owner’s Project Management services to Foxwoods Resort + Casino to covert an existing Ballroom into an upscale casino gaming floor, complete with state-of-the-art lighting system, high-speed gaming technology infrastructure. The design of the space included trial decorative wall coverings and ornate finishes. The project also includes a 38-seat bar with three large video monitors and a spacious raised platform Hi-Limit slots area featuring a metal-framed wall treatment with glass-mirrored inset panels. The ceiling treatment paid homage to the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal origins.

Our 25 year partnership with Foxwoods Resort + Casino allows us to be involved from the very inception. Our team played a significant role in the design process, providing budgets, requests for proposals, scheduling and overall construction execution and management.

We consider our relationship with Foxwoods to be an extension of their internal team. Our advocacy runs deep, and we not only oversee the construction, but drive the exploration of value engineering in order to save our client time and money throughout the process.
